Choice of fluid
For optimum performance it is essential that the right fluid choice is made to meet each task. Whether a general degreasing application based on alkaline technology or an acid process such as phosphating, the correct selection and application of chemistry is critical. However this is just the beginning – as fluids are lost through consumption and evaporation and contamination levels within the system increase, the process would deteriorate if imbalances were not corrected.
A variety of mechanical filtration options for particulate matter and oil separation techniques are available to increase solution life expectancy far beyond other processes.
Top loading systems
For simple washing in a single stage format, the Masterwash SM range offers the perfect solution. Parts are loaded into the basket and are washed by a powerful combination of spray from all sides utilising an environmentally friendly detergent from the EcoSpray range. Robust manufacture with chamber and pipework throughout in stainless steel.
Front loading systems
The CM range of front loading cabinet wash systems are available in a range of standard sizes. Gross contamination can be removed with a single step process in areas such as re-manufacture and heavy maintenance. Oil removal techniques ensure wash and rinse water integrity is maximised giving consistent cleanliness and economy in both chemical consumption and disposal costs.
Hydro Kinetic cleaning with Masterwash Logica Blue
The Masterwash Logica Blue range is the ideal solution for cleaning of turned parts and precision components for aerospace, medical and military industries. Provided with front loading door with automatic vertical opening, parts are rotated or oscillated in baskets about the horizontal axis.
Greater cleanliness is achieved by a combination of biodegradable detergents and spraying with rotating nozzles. Further options include full immersion and ultrasonics.
Logica Blue is equipped with Siemens PLC with a wide choice of cleaning programs.
The advanced technology featured in the Logica Blue range ensures that the highest cleanliness standards can be met including compliance with UNI-ISO 4406 for parts manufactured in brass, steel, aluminum, bronze and titanium.
Thorough drying is achieved by vacuum, hot air recirculation or Dual Drying.
In line washing
Many continuous manufacturing processes will require components to be cleaned in line. Firbimatic tunnel wash installations are designed and manufactured specifically to meet to the requirements of each application.
