Precision cleaning with UltraClean.
Well known as the prefect solution for precision cleaning, ultrasonic technology has taken a step forward with the UltraClean range from Standard Industrial Systems.
|
|
Widely used within industries such as electronics manufacture in applications including PCB and stencil cleaning, for specific areas such as print roller applications and for the general surface cleaning of materials such as plastics, metals, glass and ceramics, UltraClean technology is available in a range of standard and bespoke configurations. Whether the application demands single chamber or multi-stage technology there will be a system to meet all requirements. |

The UltraClean advantages?
Robust construction utilising the latest steel fabrication techniques of laser cutting and advanced double welding. All chambers are fabricated in AISI 316L.
Bar ultrasonic transducer technology which is both mechanically fixed and epoxy bonded which is more resilient and offers more efficient transfer of ultrasound to the cleaning liquid than cone transducers.
24 month standard warranty on all industrial systems supplied.

Many precision parts require thorough cleaning even when internal features such as blind holes are involved. When ultrasound is transmitted through a liquid medium a process of cavitation occurs which results in a very efficient surface cleaning action which is present wherever the liquid is in contact with the material. Due to the polarity of water which results in more efficient propagation of ultrasonic energy, aqueous processes tend to perform rather better when compared to the non-polar characteristics of most solvents. When combined with a choice of chemicals from the EcoSoak range, UltraClean offers affordable yet efficient industrial cleaning - the use of solvents should also be carefully scrutinised to ensure compliance with all relevant environmental legislation (see solvent degreasing).
