Precision cleaning with UltraClean.

Well known as the prefect solution for precision cleaning, ultrasonic technology has taken a step forward with the UltraClean range from Standard Industrial Systems.

Widely used within industries such as electronics manufacture in applications including PCB and stencil cleaning, for specific areas such as print roller applications and for the general surface cleaning of materials such as plastics, metals, glass and ceramics, UltraClean technology is available in a range of standard and bespoke configurations.   Whether the application demands single chamber or multi-stage technology there will be a system to meet all requirements.

The UltraClean advantages?

Many precision parts require thorough cleaning even when internal features such

as blind holes are involved.

When ultrasound is transmitted through a liquid medium a process of cavitation occurs which results in a very efficient surface cleaning action which is present wherever the liquid is in contact with the material.

Due to the polarity of water which results in more efficient propagation of ultrasonic energy, aqueous processes tend to perform rather better when compared to the non-polar characteristics of most solvents.

When combined with a choice of chemicals from the EcoSoak range, UltraClean offers affordable yet efficient industrial cleaning - the use of solvents should also be carefully scrutinised to ensure compliance with all relevant environmental legislation (see solvent degreasing).

The range of UltraClean benchtop units is designed to meet the requirements of laboratory use and light industrial cleaning.  These compact units are fitted with a heater and drain and can be used with a variety of non hazardous chemicals and detergents

The industrial range from UltraClean is available in single or multi-step configurations.  Based upon the accepted premise that final cleanliness will rely upon the quality of the final rinse, an ultrasonic wash followed by rinsing will ensure that efficiency is maintained.

For high integrity applications such as PCB or optical cleaning, the final rinse will generally be supplied from a de-mineralised source in order to ensure that the staining caused by town water contaminants is eliminated.

This can be continuously recirculated via carbon and DI cylinders.

UltraClean systems are available with a variety of optional features - from simple mechanical handling to fully automated robotic systems – from single stage particulate filtration to ultra filtration - the consistent feature of UltraClean ultrasonic cleaning systems is Quality.
